Service Description

SATHA PRO provides 24/7 towing, flatbed transport, roadside assistance, accident recovery and long-distance vehicle transport in Riyadh, Madinah and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Pricing

Prices depend on distance, vehicle type and the service required. The final price is always confirmed with you by phone before any work starts — you are never charged for anything that was not agreed first.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is completed. Accepted payment methods are confirmed with you during the booking call.

Cancellation

You can cancel a request at any time before work begins by calling us. If the crew has already travelled to your location, we will discuss any applicable costs with you on the phone before anything is charged.

Limitation of Liability

We handle every vehicle with care, but our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the price paid for that service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, delays outside our control, faults that existed before the job, or personal items left inside the vehicle.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
